Design

I have always been interested in design, even from a very young age. I guess that is why I have enjoyed building legos since I was very young and why I have always enjoyed making art.

At the age of 9, I was able to attend a week-long Makers Camp at the Tech Shop in North Austin (which has unfortunately since closed). It was there that I learned how to use a laser cutter and 3D printer. This experience had a major impact on me because it showed me what was possible and really got me excited about Design.

Throughout the years, I’ve also created my own costumes, inspired mainly by Marvel Comics.

Spider Man Homemade “Web Shooter”

I saw this web shooter build on YouTube, so my dad and I built it…

After about 30 tries, we did it! NEVER give up!!

Now I am learning more graphic design using technology. I have also taken a Design course for the last three years at my middle school and we have an iLab where I spend as much time as possible.
